I am very dissapointed with my PriceGrabber Transaction ID 1612761 purchased from Mr. Zohar Pinhasi PC USA Computer Solutions Provider Tel: 305-933-1533 Cell: 786-282-2821 zohar@gopcusa.com www.GoPCUSA.com The item listing says "New" however the Sonicwall TZ-180W TotalSecure 25 was repackaged in a plain brown box with the following items that are normally found in a new box missing: 1. Power Supply 2. CD-ROM 3. Cross-over cable 4. Network patch cable 5. Instruction Manual Without the power supply the device cannot be used. Also, my ship to address was ignored and they had to call FedEx while the package was in transit and have the delivery address corrected. I asked what was the fee to upgrade from FedEx ground to FedEx 2 or 3 Day Economy Air service and they quoted me $50.00 |
