Then received a response with an excuse they didn't have the product and had been waiting for it from a supplier. I withdrew my order and bought it somewhere else. Poorly managed company.... Plus I find them communicative which is important as too many vendors don't bother to answer email. So I don't bother sending them my money. But ZTech is a welcome exception.	Overall Rating

I realized a few minutes after placing the order that I did not need the item. The only way I could contact customer service was by replying to the email detailing the order. By the time notice was taken of that, the order had already been shipped. Beyond that, service in returning the order was excellent.	Overall Rating

Forget calling their phone number - no humans at home. After pleading for assistance, I finally contacted Adobe directly and they fixed the problem. I wasted a week trying to load this software and ZTech ignored my plea for help for a week. They never called me back and only after a week and they sent an email offering to refund, but by that time Adobe had already rescued me. This is obviously a "Dog and Pony" show business. If you have any trouble with the product, you're on your own. They claim to have a full 24 hour staff to service your needs. I seriously doubt it.	Overall Rating

I ordered Dreamweaver CS4 Full Version and emailed them before ordering to ensure it was a full version, not a student version. They assured me it was a full version, but they sent a STUDENT VERSION. I discovered this after installing when I called Adobe Customer Service with a question. I have emailed them countless times and they will not send the correct version. How many others have been scammed? I would have not known it was the Student version if I had not called Adobe. From other reviews, it looks like they do this with other products as well. If they would do the right thing and send the correct version I would be happy to upgrade my rating. BUYER BEWARE!	Overall Rating

wantqctr from unknown Member Since: 03/24/2009 View Member's: Reviews	I asked if they had Trend Micro Pro 2009, the ansewer was yes along with the link to order which I did.Only after installing did I relize that I did not get what I was told to order by Ztech they sent me Trend Micro 2009 but not the Pro version ,as of this posting they have not done anything to correct the problem other than email back and forth with alot of useless lip service.Summary DO NOT ORDER from this company they do not have a clue as to what they are selling.
