At least, I wasn't in a hurry. I did have to make a couple of calls to find out the status. The holder was broken slightly but the software was in good shape when delivered. A srvey of the pages of several sites revealed Z-Tech as the most logical of all places to order. I found my way around the web site very easily, as some sites are what I call user unfriendly.
