Prices and products are always as advertized. Last year's delivery was very prompt. This year there was a 10 day delay because the product was temporarily out of stock. The website showed a picture of the full retail version box. What I got was a an opened CD case with the Software CDs inside. The website made no mention of the condition of the software I'd be getting. It showed up in a bubble wrapped envelope without any documetaion not even a packing slip. The return policy says the company will only make a refund on unopened software so there's no way I could return this software to get a refund. Additionaly I have read many of the reviews on this company since my purchase and have noted that the company continualy says it's having problems with it's phone lines. I can only assume this is an excuse for not returning phone calls or answering the phone. As late as last week it had a note on it's customer service website that they were experiencing troubles with the phones again.	Overall Rating
