Billing info is for entering the address that is on your credit card, and shipping info is if in case you want to ship it to a different address than what is listed on your credit card. We offer free phone ordering support and also we can be reached by email anytime to assist you and other customers. The checkout process is actually maintained by a company called ProStores so we do not have any ability to edit it.
