I ordered Adobe CS4 Web Premium, at a very good price, and received it sooner than expected. I installed and registered the software without a problem. What I received was used software that is already licensed to someone else. I am out $1432.98 on this purchase, which is a big financial hit for a small business. To get a license to use this software Adobe wants over $2,200.00 dollars. Ztech is owned and operated by one 23 yr old guy who lives with his parents. He will not answer his phone,or repond to emails and faxes. My advice is stay away from this company. You might get lucky or you could get ripped off like I did. Retailer Response (06/08/2009): Hello! We believe you have the wrong contact information for our company. We actually do not even have a fax machine in our offices in Hayward, CA (not Danville CA). Anyway, we did reply to your emails (please check your spam folder if you still have not received them). For a new client, I needed job-related software, reasonably priced, ready to install, asap. Thanks to ZTech Software, I received my order quickly, exactly what I ordered, at an incredible price, and with no expensive fru-fru packaging (which I would have thrown out anyway). I found ZTech Software's web site easy to explore and prices exceptionally customer-oriented. Their logo image with its positive direction and bold color implies ZTech Software is confidently moving forward with up-to-date software offerings at unbelievably low prices. Believe. It's true. Instead of a full retail version, I received an academic version with no notice of the product being switched.
